This is so simple. Ever since I started playing my sophomore year I've never needed help with boxing out or rebounding. Then again I'm a linemen in football lol.

Talk about ARMs! Look at the tangle and throw. Win off the hips and instep or catch them up.

There are a ton of moves that he used, but one he was well known for was the "dream" shake which I teach here www.protrainingbb.com/counter-move-dream-shake/

I have a little question for you dudes in the comment section I'm 6'2" at 15 years old and I play SF on my team,I weigh a 165 pounds, have a pretty large wingspan along with pretty big hands,I'm not very strong, but I'm very athletic, and I use my quickness and agility to get to the rim and finish. But my problem is my jumpshot, when I play pickup games or just go practicing,my jumpshot is alright(I have a very solid mid range shot, but my three pointer is awful so I resort to the mid range shot)but whenever it's game time I kind of choke and almost airball every shot, there were games where my jumpshot was hot(one time I scored 18 points with jumpshots in 10 minutes)but most of the time in real games it's trash,do you guys know any way that I can gain that confidence in my shot?

I also have to mention that I have the best handles on my team so getting to the basket and scoring is not that hard, meaning that I already do score enough, but I'd like to add that jumpshot since my game is already almost completely all around since I can pass, rebound block shots and play good defense

Confidence is gained through preparation. You need to shoot shots you will take in a game at game speed. If that means pull ups then work on that, but you should try to make 250 shots at minimum a day.

Lynex just put up shots everday. Workout so you can pull up from farther away.

best option is just when you're warming up get somebody to come and put their hand up for you to replicate a defender, or just play with other people in the gym outside of practice and work on it in game, if you can't do either of those for some reason, just work on your own and PERFECT your shot, this is what I had to do cuz the people on the team in my school don't rly fuck with me so i had to do it on my own, and i just kept shooting, starting with a shot literally inside the free throw (I was TRASH) and just perfected that to where if I shot it, I would not only make it but swish it almost everytime, I would play for 2 hours and then I wouldn't go in until I made 5 swishes from that spot in a row, then I would just move back farther and farther, and now I'm shooting from a step back or two from the three and hittin it rly consistently, this took about 2 years to progress, but remember I started out struggling to make a free throw, so you could probably be a decent 3 point shooter and knock down mid range in like 6-8 months

You can just practice and getting confidence by reminding yourself that it doesn’t matter If you make or miss it

+Missake not really if all 5 men on offense box out then your team should get the rebound so only the guards should be boxing out the guards and big men box out the big men

If you are one of the shorter guys on the team, chances are you play PG or SG. These players still need to keep their opponent off the glass and a great way to do this is with the fundamentals taught in this video. However, often times the opponents PG will not try and get the rebound, which leaves you free to roam for a loose ball. You should try and track down any long rebound, secure it, and start the break.
