Good lord. Just go to planet fitness. Squats and push ups terrible technique. Makes class look like a joke

Hey GB! Awesome warmup! I wanted to know what type of mats are those? Are those Dollamur smooth or tatami? Also what thickness are those mats? Looking to get buy some in the future.

i remember our last warm out of 10, we had to do a hand stand on our knuckles into a forward fall and then land flat on the back while holding our arms crossed into the chest. i was looking for a similar warm up that we did but i cant find any. Peace n wisdom.

People are paying money and using their limited amount of training time to do jumping jacks, push ups, and grade school stretching? Why not do a jiu jitsu based warm up so they can at least gain some additional skill?
