I am a 60 year old physician on the front lines of this mess. I grew up listening to Graham Nash and CSNY. I want to thank him for giving us his time. Almost cried when I watched this video. It took me back 45 years when I first hear those timeless songs. Thank you Graham, it means a lot.

As a little girl in the 70s, my mother and I lived just the two of us in an apartment, with our two cats - this was our song. We would play the record or smile when it came on the radio. When she died last year, we were holding hands. Bringing her cat home, now once again, I have two. I put my mother's things around in her memory. Yesterday driving out for food, I heard this song on the radio and my heart overflowed with poignant memories and a sense of her loving presence. At the store I bought some flowers, and placed them in the vase for her, two cats at my feet. There are no words for how much it means to hear this intimate rendition softly at home today. Abundant gratitude and love going out to you, Graham Nash ♡

I lost my mother 3 months ago. She wasn't familiar with the song before. I used to sing it for her in her final years. She was 99 years old. She loved cats but we no longer had them. But she thought that two cats in the yard or in the house would make it very, very, very fine house.

I am 69 and I am realizing that all of these musicians (either retired or still performing) may never be able to perform again in large venues. It is such a blessing to have these private "at home" sessions with us. This is epic global history happening for whatever the reason. We need to appreciate every single moment we have now. So let's slow down and enjoy these intimate moments with all those who were the sound tracks of our lives 🎶❤️🎵

They should have never been at Woodstock if that's how they feel about things, there was a pandemic in 1968/69 that claimed 100,000 people in the US and 1,000,000 worldwide, but that didn't stop all the hippies from having festivals and "love in's" including 500,000 people at Woodstock, now these same people talk about everyone who's going to the Sturgis motorcycle rally like they're scumbags. Hypocrites.

@Tommy Sweetweather, Graham Nash is a man of such enormous social consequence that his equity in an economically secure cultural universe was ensured fifty years ago by two or three generations of his peers. I have nothing but love for this man. My wife and I saw him in concert two years ago. A genuine and gentle soul. This is just what we need now.

the best and most loving version i have ever heard , it shows when a true artist has feeling and isn't afraid to let it out , i still wonder what this would have sounded like if Allan and tony had sung it with graham

Yes great point. It's one of his post Hollies songs that you can really imagine working well with his Hollies band mates.

A lesson for many of us. Dignity and good humor. Good combination. In short supply these days imo.

My first thought, after starting to listen to the master himself - he's a professional, but he plays like I do! I hit all the keys that are important, but I sure don't add the "extras" that a pianist does. Sigh. We have so many things we need each other for!

Must be so cool to be a musician like this and just pick up an instrument where ever you are and to play. I started playing guitar 5 months ago and its the best thing I've ever done. My instructor says theres nothing like music and now I know what he means.

I think my son and I were in the last group to see him in concert at the Birchmere in Alexandria VA before he had to cancel because of Covid 19. Wonderful concert and wonderful person. Thank you for all your songs throughout the years ❤️
