INGREDIENTS:
Meat
2 1/2 lbs Beef shank
3 lbs Beef backbone
2 lbs Bone Marrow
Sauce (Adobo)
• 4 pieces: Red Chile pasilla - dried
• 8 pieces: Chile Guajillo
• 12 oz Chile japonés
• 1/2 small white onion
• 1 Large garlic head
• Salt & Pepper at your liking
• Grained Cumin
• Oregano
• Granulated Tomato Bouillon
• Whole cloves
• Thyme
• Bay Leaves
• 3 cups of water
• 1 cup of white vinegar
Add Ons
• Onion
• Cilantro
• Lime
** Most ingredients will be found in any Mexican market**
