Thanks for explaining the method , nice teaching. Although I can't really understand why would someone choose this over the simpler Newtonian method. Am i missing something?

Content is sound, but: the audio is poor & the explanation of method is weak in several areas. Below the standard of quality teaching in engineering.

No complaints on content, only on form. A teacher is personally responsible for communication therefore for mechanics of communication therefore for quality of whiteboard pens and for visibility of drawings on the final video which includes drawing scale and line thickness. Please go to the store and buy your own and bring your own so we your students don’t suffer from the illegible marks from a dried out pen on the board. Your green pen made this lecture quite difficult to follow. Also the unreasonably tiny workspace used along with thin lines made the whole thing rather illegible. You are hurting my poor eyes! Please use the FULL space for what you are trying to communicate. I spent all my miserable time trying to read your tiny writing packed into a quarter of the screen. Painful. Please watch a lecture or two by Gilbert Strang of MIT as a good example of what you do badly. Thank you.
