Amazing like always Sir! I'm still learning. I've been drawing for almost 10 months and my biggest problem is when I do my sketch I try to get to detailed. It screws up my whole process cause I'm to much of a perfectionist. I have ADHD really bad so the time I make for drawing I try to cram it in when I can and I get so frustrated. I'm getting better though and I really love and appreciate your art work and your time to make these videos available for us all. Thank you!

Hi. I'm looking to learn drawing. I've wanted to do it for years. I've always been fascinated by landscapes. All the materials that I have are a hb pencil with an eraser on it , a mechanical pencil and some paper . Is it possible to learn with only these materials, and where could I learn? Thanks so much

Like myself, you use the grid for drawings. Do you have any tips on how to get rid of the lines that sometimes linger.
@alexgraybergh
Жыл бұрын
You could use the grid to make the sketch on a scrap piece of paper and then transfer your sketch without the grid lines onto your drawing paper by tracing it.
@eddiebear34

@@alexgraybergh good thinking. My paper is extremely thick though. Not sure how well it would be to see through it. Even with light under it

@@eddiebear34 You can use graphite paper to transfer your sketch.

Don't press down hard while laying out your grid. Even using any of the lighter h grades, pressing down even slightly will leave embossed white lines that will show in your shaded areas.
@eddiebear34
Жыл бұрын
@@morcocaine yes I tend to use a B grade pencil when lining our actually. I try to let the weight of the pencil alone do the "pressing". I started using the B grade because my thinking is, it takes less pressure to show a line. It's under certain light I still get that white line you speak of
