Ingredients for 4 to 5 people:
1.5kg potatoes, 200g pork belly, 3 garlic cloves, 2 pinches of nutmeg, 1l milk, 20cl fresh cream, butter for the mould, salt and pepper.
Let the potatoes cook for 15 to 20 minutes in the milk.
