The UB has been an inspiration since I was a kid reading about it in model railroader. I've always loved how the railroad is "current day" and has a story. Fantastic!

I really find it hard to believe how realistic the BNSF fall river division is. John is definitely a talented guy and I have been inspired by John and his fall river division and also your NS Asheville district layout both layouts are so cool my layout is showing the CN and Cp in about 2017 also fictional rail lines just like the BNSF fall river

That layout is a work of art! The attention to detail from the flashing light on the road warning sign to the cracks and tar on the roadway. Just an exquisite piece of model railroad architecture. I hope to one day to have a layout that emulates that level of detail.

Layouts of this high standard and magnitude go far beyond being about trains and scenery..........this my fellow railroaders is pure art in every aspect. There are but a few modelers blessed with the talent and patience to be able to present to us mere mortals a miniature world in which to escape the toil we face every day. Many thanks and kind regards. tones1957 (New Zealand)

What an incredible video! I had to keep reminding myself that this was a MODEL and not actual live prototype action. The attention to detail was fantastic. I fully expected the crew trucks to drive off after the crossing signals stopped flashing. And even the telephone poles looked so real that the wiring they held was busy transmitting phone messages. And the flashing red light atop the switcher waiting in the service yard was genius. Great job all the way around! Pentrex couldn't have done it better!

The Utah Belt has been one of my Favorite Layouts to see in MRR. Now seeing this Fantastic Video is the Icing on the Cake. Thanks for capturing the almost Realistic Action. The Scene with Smokey Bear, or is it Smokey The Bear? That looked particularly interesting that I told the wife to keep her eye on the Picnic Basket. Yogi and Boo Boo will try to steal it. Funny anecdote, my wife’s nickname was Boo Bear when she was young.

What a beautiful and highly detailed layout. Josh you did a great job with the Utah Belt power. The chipping of the lettering was a very cool detail that I had not seen on a Utah unit before. Howzit : This is a GREAT presentation of JP's large; highly-detailed and overwhelmingly impressive Layout ! Thanks to longtime Canadian mate Keith Stamper's ( On3 ) altruistic selection during the course of two NARROW GAUGE Conventions [ Denver + St. Louis ]; as an HO Standard-Gauge modeller; I was privileged to have been able to view both the BNSF Fall River Division and the unreal Utah Belt ( Eric Brooman ); both headlining in this Part 1 video .... These Layouts will forever be remembered ! Needless to say; with appreciation; we look forward to the continuation of your New Series ! Much Thanks + Cheers For Now / Johnny Everitt [ Cape St. Francis : South Africa ] PS : I have to admit that as a first-time; I literally got LOST whilst viewing the * Mushroom-Designed * BNSF FR-Div given the distraction of being drawn into the absolute attention to detail of the Layout !
