450 ml of chilled whipping cream (2 cups)
400 g chilled sweet condensed milk (salko) (14 oz)
+ flavor of your choice
Method of preparation:
Whip the cooled whipping cream until firm. Transfer to a larger bowl and gradually add the chilled salko while constantly whipping. Together we whip to bring the matter together. Divide into two equal parts and add the flavor of your choice. I used 3 tablespoons of cocoa in the first ice cream and two mixed peaches in the second. You can also use other pressed or mixed fruits, crushed nuts, instant coffee, lemon or orange juice, syrup and the like. Transfer the finished mass to a closable container and store in the freezer for several hours until the ice cream is completely solid.
