I think that government should mandate that unless you make these from now on, the FBI will lock you up and cease all your assets. All existing metal clips should be sent to China. OH MY GOD… that is a very unique idea. No one in the world has ever thought of a conduit clip. He should patent it and start collecting empty plastic bottles to drill & cut. Pretty soon he will be earning around $2 a week! I’m so overwhelmed by this idea!

Never use phillips screws, stripping them is very easy! Torx screws can be used over many times without damage to the screw!

You can use any form of plastic to make a plastic clips. It doesn't have neccessarily to be that portion of a bottle where caps are usually fastened. I agree that portion of the plastic is more convenient to use.

This is basically a saddle clip not recommended for hot pipes with heat the pipe expands if secured tightly then when ever you use the hot water you will hear the friction overtime it will make creaking sounds

In the US, there is no code that would forbid this. The code says conduit shall be supported but it doesn't give a requirement for how.
