This is the best workout/daily exercise you can do. It can be done in the privacy of your own home, if you have multiple-level home, without costly gym membership. Heck, you can even climb the equivalent of an Empire State building everyday, at your leisure! Make sure your posture is correct, by leaning forward and let your back and thigh muscles do the work. Just yesterday and today, I climbed 100 floors each day. Combining the numbers of time that I go up and down anyway without counting, that is easily one Empire State building per day!
