@jelmo8443 I think you need to check Betterhelp's record. They're being sued left and right because they're not licensed. There's a right way to get mental help there's a wrong way and this is the wrong way.

@@boaz2578 true, but I’d imagine betterhelp being not too bad when it comes to those elements you listed. I’d imagine it as a very light therapy meant for more “simple” issues. Because if you’re in really deep struggles you’d go to a physical therapist and not an online one. But I’ve not used therapy nor betterhelp so idk.
