Orioles should've been Brooks Robinson in the '70 World Series. Twins, Kirby Puckett in the '91 World Series. Mariners, the Griffey catch in '95 that hurt his wrist. No other moment impacted the Mariner franchise as much as that one. Dodgers, Al Gionfriddo in the '47 World Series. Mets, Ron Swoboda and/or Tommie Agee in the '69 World Series. Phillies, the Bob Boone/Pete Rose catch in the '80 World Series.

Blue Jays got a world series triple-play and the ump missed the 3rd out 5 feet in front of him lol. I know it's subjective, but for the Jays highlight I would have picked the double play where Buck Martinez tagged out a guy in a collision at home, which broke his leg, then threw wildly to third to try and get Gorman Thomas. The ball went in to left field and George Bell (for once in his life) made a perfect throw home. A nearly unconscious on lying prone Martinez caught it on a short hop and tagged out Thomas who was coming home.
