Ingredients for 4 cups:
200 g kataifi pastry
60 g butter
150 g sugar | ¾ cup
1 tbsp rose water
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the vanilla custard:
400 ml milk | 2 cups + 50 ml
3 tbsp cornstarch
150 g sugar | 1 cup
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla sugar
60 g butter
For decoration:
300 мл cold whipping cream | 1½ cups
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Chopped pistachios
