Hi mr T this summer I was diagnosed with leukemia cancer and because of all the chemo and medication I have to take, it made me weak and lose the ability to cook for my self, also my appetite was gone I wasn’t eating for weeks but when I found your amazing videos, it encouraged me to eat 3 times a day thank you❤ my favorite videos to watch are the breakfast ones and the vegetable cutting ones ❤❤

I live in Los Angeles and if I saw a food truck, restaurant, or even pop-up shop serving gyro quesadillas, I would be stepping on heads to give them my money lol. Meanwhile, MrT is blessing these employees out of sheer passion for food and wanting to excite their cantine menu. You deserve an equity stake in this facility and a seat on the board for the wondrous menus you conceive and put in the work to serve them, MrT!

When I watch all your videos, I think to myself how busy you are with all your work as a chef. You jump from Heel to Branch. I always see you constantly working on new recipes and so on. After this Complication, I would like to add you,,, You are a SUPER and a VERY APPRECIATED COOK in HEART and KIDNEY !!!!!!! Another addition, you are Hygienic and a Tidy Person. Also that you get along very well and sympathetic with all your Colleagues and with the Customers in your Restaurant. You deserve MORE than a MICHELIN STAR, but this is a Symbol!!! I am more concerned about your QUALITIES and QUANTITIES within your Restaurant. Keep up the good work CHEF and THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR BEAUTIFUL VIDEOS THAT I FOLLOW DAILY 👍👍👍👌👌👌💪💪💪😋😋😋

Mr T. Do you think I should get a Santoku knife as well as a chefs knife or is that a waste for a home cook? I notice you exclusively use a chefs knive while at work, i'm guessing for the flexibility it provides. Hell i've even thought of buying Gyoto but cant keep spending so much on knives lol.

Greek style quesadillas ? Available in Greece = NO Available in Mexico = NO Available in England = YES Not available in Greece and Mexico for a reason :D Also as for Akis doing what he did, that really isn't Gyros or a Greek recipe. He cheated because proper Gyros takes time. The spices and method of cooking the meat over coals add a distinct flavour and just cause Akis is Greek that doesn't mean he is representing Greece the way that he could. What modern cooking is doing to traditional recipes is really just butchering what tradition has managed to maintain for thousands of years. Changing tradition and just calling it the same name is not the same thing. It can't be. I saw you make Goulash which by the way looked sensational. OK I will make it with Greek spices, ham instead of beef, add carrots and parsnips and instead of sour cream I will use coconut cream. Is it Goulash? Could I serve it up in Hungry and it will be accepted as the countries signature dish? I bet you could serve it in England though :D
@MrT2022

As far as I'm concerned you can create anything your imagination lets you create. I have no issues with it. Think outside of the box. I'm normally careful with how I call something, so I didn't call this traditional quesadillas. It has elements of both countries. You can make gulyás with coconut milk and call it a different style, just don't call it traditional Hungarian. I'm fine with that 👌😀👍
@KmanAust
