Yeast Ingredients
➡️ 3 sachets / 21gr / 0.75oz active dry yeast
➡️ 1 tablespoon sugar
➡️ ½ cup lukewarm water
➡️ ½ cup / 65gr bread flour
Dough Ingredients
➡️ 3 eggs at room temperature
➡️ 1 ½ cup / 300gr sugar plus ½ tablespoon
➡️ 1 cup / 250ml milk at room temperature
➡️ ½ cup / 125ml orange juice
➡️ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
➡️ ¾ cup / 170gr butter at room temperature or softened
➡️ 1 ½ teaspoons mahlepi
➡️ 6-7 mastiha kernels
➡️ 8 ½ cups / 1100gr bread or strong flour
Decoration
