Every now and then, a recipe so easy and so cheesy comes along that has you going back for thirds! This is it!!! Green Chili Cheesy Rice my be our new favorite side dish. It has a great green chili taste and a ton of cheese which makes for the perfect dish. Check this one out, you won't be disappointed!

Ingredients:
2 Cups Cooked White Rice
2 Cups Sour Cream
8oz Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
8oz Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2 small cans of Green Chilies
1/2 Stick Butter
Parmesan Cheese
Salt to taste
Procedure:
1. Prepare rice according to directions and salt to taste.
2. Mix all ingredients except butter and parmesan and place in greased baking pan.
3. Cut butter into pats and place on top. Sprinkle generously with the parmesan cheese.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes (until bubbly)
5. Enjoy!
