Green Juice Recipe
Ingredients
3 Bunches of Broccoli
1 Bunch of Kale
2 Organic Red (or Green if you prefer) Apples.
Ginger (at your discretion, ginger can be very spicy)
5 Pieces of Turmeric
Cut the veggies in small enough pieces to go through the presser. Peel the ginger and turmeric. Slice the apples, be sure to leave the skin on. Put small amounts into the presser and press down gently. Remember you can use the fiber that comes from the veggies and fruit to include in muffins, cornbread and even home made soups.
