Apple or pear - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 pc.
Soy Sauce - 100 ml.
Sugar - 3 tablespoons.
Hot pepper - 60 gr.
Sesame seeds to taste.
Rice flour - 100 gr.
Water - 700 ml.
1. Fermented onions, two days, at room temperature.
2. Try it. If there is bitterness from onions, then kimchi is not ready.
3. Whoever didn’t eat kimchi from green onions, prepare a small amount. Whoever ate knows how delicious it is.
