Back in 2013 yeah it was raw, this was before there was a huge delineation between "raw" and "assisted raw".

@@morry850 I competed in the late 90's single ply , and I didn't like squat suit too tight. And didn't like crazy tight wraps ...... Hell I was RAW !!! Lol.

@@samuelclemons508 Yeah the gear in the 90s was nothing like it is today...there are sleeves on the market today that are probably better than some of the old knee wraps.

Poor efficiency on all three lifts. I would love to see what these westside lifters could do in the strictest fed, the IPF. Head on the bench, heels on floor, walk out squats, and to depth/no knee wraps, and full lock out on the dead.

What difference does it make if your head is on the bench and heels on the floor? Better advice would be to avoid federations with stupid rules
