Right, so Greg Plitt's family have decided to copyright claim the videos now, so say goodbye to them. This is a massive shame, as Greg himself emailed me years ago saying I could have these videos up if I put links to his site in the description. Not sure why his family have decided to do this, but it's their call.

Magazines should have a disclaimer that says 'the cover model was dehydrated and undercarbed during the making of this photo. The model does not look like this normally, so consult a health expert before attempting to reach this unnatural state 24/7'. if they care about their customers.

Bullshit. WIth hard work and dedication ectomorphs can get big. But what is 'big' . If in your opinion big is (jay cutler) bodyduilder big, then yes, people can't get that big without stupid roids. But big like greg plitt, rob riches for instance is certainly in reach for ectomorphs!

wow I see allot of cancerous people on here trying to limit all your minds. Ive worked my ass off for 5 years and I pretty much have the same body type as Gregg now. Do not listen to these haters who try to plant limiting beliefs in your mind. If you want it bad enough and ur willing to suffer for it then it will be yours years from now how ever long it may take. The reason why these haters talk shit is because they know you can work hard and become better than them.

@goat6inboots-You're right, BUSTED!! I came back and said that I meant it in a funny way, when really I was trying to be a douchebag about it. Actually, Greg Plitt seems like a cool dude and doesn't deserve to be made fun of, those indoor scarfs I see dudes wearing do crack me up though, but in regards to the word I typed "desperatly", there is no reason to assume that just because I hastily typed and left out one letter that I need to re-learn spelling. That's just mean man. One love.

Greg doesnt compete because he is already the number 1...fitness models compete because they are seeking that number 1 position...meaning the covers the recognition etc...why does greg need to compete...he is already the number 1 no need to waste time lol
