A7X definitely meant for there to be a lot of little mistakes in the playing. M Shadows talks on an interview with Nick Nocturnal that the band wanted something that wasn't overproduced and glossy. They really wanted to experiment and try new things and just be raw. It's not like the mistakes are intentional, but they didn't care to fix and clean up every single tiny detail. As (somebody, didnt catch the name) pointed it out, the thing with the high-hats was cool. None of the mistakes pulled me out of it. It doesn't matter. Music is meant to be immersive and make you feel something. That was a sick af cover and impressive that you played that well with that little time.

I can honestly see no mistakes. I mean, he did not play it exactly like the original, but he didn’t make a real “mistake” to my eyes, since the drum part he played sounded pretty damn good and cool to me 💥⚡️💪🤘

He missed 1 snare drum hit. That's it.

Greyson made a huge job! That was so breathtaking because this is a song that's really all about drums 🥁!

No disrespect, but Brooks is even tighter than Greyson. You can hear it especially on the hihats, Brooks sounds like a fucking robot. Nope, he's just a human metronome.
