We're making Grilled Buffalo Wings on the Goldens' Cast Iron! This is a simple and delicious wing recipe with a little backend heat. We seasoned our wings with some of my Garlic Jalapeno and Chicken rubs, grilled them off, and tossed them in our homemade buffalo sauce. This wing recipe is perfect for football season, and your buddies will love them.

INGREDIENTS:
• Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeno Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Chicken Rub
• 1/2 cup Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
• Duck Fat Spray
• Minced garlic
• 1 stick of butter
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 3 lbs party wings
DIRECTIONS:
1. Get your grill up to 350º and create a 2-zone fire.
2. Spray your wings in Duck Fat Spray and season with Heath Riles BBQ Chicken and Garlic Jalapeno Rubs.
3. Place your wings on the cool side of your grill. Sprinkle a little more Heath Riles BBQ Chicken Rub over your wings and let them go for about 20-25 minutes. Place a cast iron skillet on your grill the last 10 minutes to start heating up.
4. After 20-25 minutes, place your Killer Hogs Hot Sauce, minced garlic, and stick of butter in a cast iron skillet. Let that go for about 10 more minutes.
5. After about a total cook time of 35-40 minutes, flip your wings and stir your sauce. Close your grill lid for another 5 minutes.
6. After 5 more minutes, stir in your brown sugar into your sauce. Pull your sauce over to your cool zone, and move your wings over to the hot zone on your grill.
7. Cook your wings on the hot zone for about 3-4 minutes on each side. I pulled my wings once they were hitting 198-200º internally.
8. Toss your wings in your sauce and serve.
