@@DK-pr9ny If you can get "Sir Kensington's" mayo, it does not have soy. I use the 'classic' mayo, but it's also available with avocado. Both are good, but, I do choose the 'classic' more often than the avocado. I've compared this side by side with many of the other soy based mayo's that are available to me, and I always come back to this. I use this as a slather on sandwiches, in homemade salad dressings, tartar sauce, and a horseradish sauce when I'm having steak. The salad and horseradish are both pretty good when I'm snacking on tortilla chips!

I use small squares of parchment paper on the scale, and also on the press. That way when done, I’ve got a layer of paper under and on top to carry them. 👍🏻

I’ve done it for years when cooking turkey burgers because it’s so lean. Beef is usually fatty enough on its own for me but guess this is worth a try.

That's pretty good, but here's what I do: 1. Get the frozen burgers out of the freezer, than put them in a hot cooking tool (oven, air fryer, grill) 2. Thenm when they're cooked, put them in between buns. Add toppings if necessary 3. THIS TAKES A WHILE so I wouldn't recommend doing all the extra steps that the guy in this video says
