Ingredients
1300gr fresh cod
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 lemons, juice
Oregano
Himalayan salt
Freshly ground pepper
Execution
• Pre-heat the pot over medium heat and set the audiotherm to ‘carrot’.
• Create a rub for the cod with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
• Grill the cod from both sides.
• Add the oregano and lemon juice and close the lid.
• Cook for 10’ over medium heat.
• Add the navigenio upside down for another 5’ to create the grilled appearance.
