This fish tastes exceptionally succulent when grilled with it's leather-like skin on. Served with butter, garlic and lemon, it actually tastes very similar to lobster! Fun tips and scenes of spearfishing and cooking -but most importantly, an ode to a delicious fish that is very often overlooked!
