Lobster tails on the grill are the only way to go in my opinion, so much more flavor than steam!

tried doing lobster for the first time myself this fine mothers day. this way of doing it is on point. i followed the directions step-by-step other than the grill. i used my weber kettle with the charcoal separators. got my temp to 375 and holding with the vents halfway open. i used a small piece of peach wood on each side during the cook. the first go around (meat side down) i did 4 minutes then i was worried for the second go around with the meat up; it only took another 2-3 min and it was done by just looks. broke right into them and i about let out a loud, PUH-POW!!! My mother and grandmother loved them and both said they were just as good as getting it from the upscale lobster joints in Maine. although they dont do them on the grill. thanks Malcolm for your work. i been using your website for the last few years and about 85% of the recipes i try on on point with the horrible Brinkmann smoker that i have; and make me want to stay at the dinner table. i will be upgrading my smoker next year

Hey Malcom, I'm from the northeast, but I'm an enthusiast of good outdoor cooking. When I saw your first video, I said to myself: Oh no, another backyard professor, but after watching a few, I gotta say, you are straight forward, honest, genuine and really know what you're talking about. Your demonstrations are clear and, if followed, result in great dishes. I'm a believer, buddy. Keep up the good work.
