There are so many things that you can do with pork tenderloin, and this is one of the easiest.
2 pork tenderloins
6tbs coarse black pepper
4tbs kosher salt
1tbs onion powder
1tbs garlic powder
2 cloves garlic
1 sprig rosemary
1/2c softened unsalted butter
Set up your grill for a 2 zone grilling method. Melt the butter in a skillet with the garlic cloves, and rosemary, then move it to the indirect side. Place the tenderloins on the grill over the direct heat, and grill for 90 seconds at a 45* angle, after 90 seconds, rotate 45*, cook for another 90 seconds, flip, cook for 90 seconds, then rotate 45*, and cook for another 90 seconds, for a total of 6 minutes of cook time. Add the tenderloins to the pan of butter, cook them while basting with the butter, and flip them about every minute, until you reach an internal temperature of 138*. Remove from the pan, and let them rest for a couple minutes. Slice, and eat.
