4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning (or equal parts dried oregano, thyme, sage, and rosemary)
chopped green onions/chives (optional garnish)
