BOOM! 0-500 degrees in 10 minutes! Today I throw my absolute favorite meat on the grill - a really nice flap steak from Kötthallen in Järfälla.
I start by setting the grill at 100 degrees and let the meat reach 55 degrees, then I remove it from the grill, raise the temperature to 500 degrees and put it on again, so that it gets a wonderfully caramelized surface.
