and this is why i love grimes cos she doesn't do things for any reason other than bcos she feels like it idk like u can tell claire boucher is a pretty closed person, but grimes as a character is so open with her mind. it's funny that we see deep into claire's mind thru her music rather than know simple things about her but it's how she works best and it's what creates the amazing act of grimes.

Kurt Cobain was once asked in an interview what he thought the future of music would be....and he answered in one word: Women. I'm a male human...but when I look out across the popular musical landscape, the artists that I find most compelling captivating and creative are mostly women. Artists like Grimes, St. Vincent, Bjork, MIA, and Pixx truly give me hope in the potential of music itself. Sadly, I feel like men have kinda dropped the ball in terms of pushing the creative envelope. And I'm not remotely saying that in some progressive politically-correct way that gives women unearned equality with men(though I am super liberal)....rather, I genuinely feel like the most interesting and novel music happening right now is being made by women. It's refreshing as fuck...and leaves me feeling incredibly inspired and motivated in my own musical, artistic, and overall creative work. I find it sad that some men feel intimidated threatened and emasculated by women who are _objectively better than they are._ If that truly bothers certain guys...why not step up to the high bar being set by these brilliant women? Even though I'm a guy, I honestly find this surge of female creative output to be incredibly liberating and paradigm-changing. Maybe it's time men stop merely _asserting_ their dominance, accept that they've been knocked off the throne(for good reason), and look to their female peers for inspiration and motivation...aspiring to be as good as they are. Anyway....cool channel! Didn't mean to ramble on a feminist rant...it's just what was on my mind. Also, it would be thoroughly awesome to see a new St. Vincent(or Bjork, come to think of it) video made by you show up in my KZitem feed. Got my fingers crossed for that!

mac de marco rex orange county gus dapperton king krule boy pablo cuco roosevelt kane strang them all are male and make great music, so the future of music of female is fake, the future of music have no gender also there are a lot of band or duos composed by girls and boys, so instead of glorify grimes for being female do it for being genuine and creative and not for something irrelevant like her gender

blah blah blah. Kurt Cobain answered one word and you take that one into this crazy tangent that you think is relevant. Well it's not. Men aren't intimidated or emasculated by women. Unless you work sixteen hours a day, seven days a week, you are absolutely not constrained by anything and nothing keeps you from creating. Last I looked, a pen and paper are no luxury. Also, you have at last aphone, and there are free apps to make music. You just sound envious and impressively lazy (including intellectually). If you decide not to create, it's not anyone's fault but yours. No one is going to create art for you, it's pretty much up to you to do it for yourself.
