🗒️ INGREDIENTS
14 oz sweetened condensed milk amzn.to/3ysLBDL

¼ cup unsalted butter room temperature amzn.to/3rp0mSt
Red hearts
½ cup Red Wilton Candy Melts amzn.to/2RXovTc
📝 INSTRUCTIONS
Fudge
1️⃣ Begin by measuring all the ingredients for the Grinch fudge recipe.
2️⃣ In a medium-sized bowl, combine the condensed milk, vanilla extract, and green food coloring. Mix well with a silicone spatula.
3️⃣ Fill a pot with water about one-third full and bring it to a simmer. Turn the heat to low.
4️⃣ Place a large glass or metal bowl on top of the pot, ensuring the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
5️⃣ Add the condensed milk mixture, butter, and white chocolate chips to the bowl. Stir regularly until everything is melted and smooth.
6️⃣ Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the fudge mixture into the pan. Smooth it evenly with a clean silicone spatula.
7️⃣ Refrigerate the fudge for at least two hours, or preferably overnight.
Red Chocolate Hearts
1️⃣ While the fudge is setting, turn a candy melting pot to high heat and add red chocolate melts. Stir regularly with a silicone spatula until smooth.
2️⃣ Place a heart-shaped silicone mold on a small metal tray. Fill the mold with the melted chocolate and remove any excess with a cake spatula.
3️⃣ Freeze the mold for five minutes. Repeat this process five times to create five molds filled with chocolate.
4️⃣ Remove the mold from the freezer and carefully take out the chocolate hearts.
Cutting Fudge
1️⃣ Once the fudge has hardened, remove it from the fridge and peel off the parchment paper. Place the fudge on a cutting board and wear disposable gloves to prevent fingerprints.
2️⃣ Using a five-wheel pastry cutter, score the fudge by making parallel lines. Turn the fudge block ninety degrees and score again to create a grid pattern.
3️⃣ Cut the fudge block along the scored lines, wiping the knife with a wet kitchen towel after each cut.
4️⃣ Push the fudge pieces back together to maintain their shape.
Final Touch
1️⃣ Put a drop of melted chocolate on top of each fudge square using a cake spatula and immediately place a red chocolate heart on top.
2️⃣ Continue attaching the chocolate hearts to each fudge square.
3️⃣ Enjoy your perfect Grinch fudge pieces!
