I’m in Alberta, I could see fish and wildlife truck had Alberta plates, normally they capture problem bears, usually ones that have been fed human food or keep going for human food, can be from anywhere, camping sites, near a town etc they then take them to a new very remote location and release them back into the wild.

@mikeoglen6848 oh I know it wasn't afraid thats why I was wondering what would happen if pear came across somebody out there. Seems like it was irritated if at all and that's all reason the bear would need given their hair trigger temper when messed with. And just being captive and jostled around in big tin cold little human related object would piss them off and any human came within his sight he's going take it out on them. I was just wondering how do the Fish Game people know no one is around . How do they go about making sure no one is around. I know they don't just let it out anywheres. Again was wondering how they keep that scenario from maybe happening? Whew. I didn't mean to do a book lol

It helps increase the bear’s negative experience with humans, which is good for the bear and humans alike. Sadly, one of the worst things for a bear’s survival, if not the worst, is contact with humans. Teaching him that nothing good comes from getting close to humans is vital to his survival.

@@TTundragrizzly Bears are taught by their mothers then learn from their own experience where and what to eat (fruit, small animals) in order to survive in a particular habitat. To think otherwise is as ridiculous as when the Canadian government used to relocate Inuit in a totally unfamiliar arctic area (to prevent invasion by other countries), expecting them to survive just as well “because they’re Inuit”. They couldn’t survive because they didn’t know the wildlife of the area and their migration habits, and they didn’t know the ocean currents, or the types of fish, and their migration habits.
