can you reduce enlarged pores yes or no? large pores are a constant topic, especially here on social media, and the hotly debated question of whether or not they can be reduced is simply a part of it. the clear answer is yes and no. so now the confusion is perfect. let me explain. what are pores? let's take a quick look at the anatomy of the so-called pores, because the word pores is not a medical term. They are the externally visible parts of the sebaceous glands' excretory ducts. these open onto the surface of the skin together with a hair follicle, which is a small hair with its sheath. as the name suggests, the sebaceous gland produces sebum, also known as serum, and this then passes through the small duct to the outside. it contains, among other things, large amounts of triglycerides, fatty acids and wax esters, and is therefore very oily or fatty, i.e. rich in lipids. the consistency can be individually flowing or sticky. when it comes out, the sebum covers the facial skin like a cream. this is completely normal and also necessary for the protective so-called hydrolipid film of the skin surface. Why do pores widen? if too much sebum is produced and the excretory ducts also become clogged due to an increased accumulation of dead skin cells, then the whole thing stagnates underneath. Accordingly, the small ducts and the opening outside and this then appears as an enlarged pore and at the same time also increases the risk of blackheads and pimples. these problems occur very often in connection with oily skin. And therefore I have you also to the oils gehaut and various acne topics already made some basics videos that I link in the info box. Often the supporting network of collagen and elastic connective tissue phase that surrounds the excretory ducts is damaged, for example, by inflammation in acne, but also too much pressure or too much sunlight. Now this network can no longer stabilize the excretory ducts so well and they expand even more and this worsens with increasing aging processes that we all have to go through. And in which the fibers are getting weaker and weaker, the connective tissue is leaking out, so to speak, but also other influences such as smoking or air pollution particles are factors that have a further negative effect on the pores.

can i have large pores with dry skin? not infrequently i hear the phrase "but i have completely dry skin and yet i have large pores". be careful, this may be a misunderstanding because often this is what is known as dry oily skin, better described as moisture-deficient. it is simultaneously rich in fat and moisture-deficient. Please note the moisture-poor fat skin is not dry even if the term has become so common because really dry skin is by definition fat-poor and of course also moisture-poor. but we must not forget that I also with increasing age the skin condition changes. So dryer can become and if then already before extended pores were there we have in the hearing age sometimes the combination of extended pores and dryer skin this is then however no cause but so to speak an acquired co-existence. can one reduce extended pores ? and with this basic knowledge we come now back to our initial question: can one reduce pores yes or no? the answer was yes yes and no however why. on the one hand no because the pores already have their individual innate original size and cannot be pulled together further than this. On the other hand, yes because the pores are stretched apart by the processes of sebum collection etc. described above. Because we can do something against it as well as improve the structure of the connective tissue and prevention operate pores are thus a completely normal component of the skin and also necessary. therefore it does not concern to get them away but to improve the skin picture in such a way that large pores become less noticeably visible. But how exactly is this supposed to work with the pores? One imagines that through the combination of better protection from the environment and less excessive sebum flow, they then no longer expand so much. I know from my own experience how difficult it is to get enlarged pores under control because, as some of you know, I myself used to have severe acne and, of course, a few blemishes remained in my skin from that time. But helps nothing and therefore I give you my tips on how to get the whole thing under control, I have already shot two videos in one of which I discuss the active ingredients in cosmetics can pay attention to refine your pore appearance in the video is also about the three mechanisms of action that should be combined in a skin care products to refine the pores. First, regulate sebum production. Second, strengthen the function and protection of connective tissue. Thirdly, anti-inflammatory action. Then at minute 7:30 she lists the active ingredients. One should pay attention to the fact that cosmetics contain a few of these active ingredients, but it is not a matter of using all of them, that would be nonsensical. But it's about a good formulation with the right combinations because some active ingredients do not fit so well together in a product, for example, usually retinol and fruit acid. She is a fan of Nianciamid. Please do not apply products with a high fat content or pure fatty oils to areas with enlarged pores, because as I have already explained, the skin surface in these areas is already oily. In essence, this means that a suitable skin care product should be low in fat and rich in moisture. Of course, there are also professional treatment options that can improve the skin's appearance and structure. For example, at a beautician with cleansing, medical cosmetic peelings, micro-dermabrasions or micro needling. There are also treatment options that should only be performed by doctors, for example, deeper penetrating peelings, medical needling, but also certain light and laser procedures. Special case nose skin. if it shines strongly and shows large visible pores perhaps also blackheads, then Cremet it simply times not at all. Sun protection is also part of prevention. Because it protects the supporting connective tissue that surrounds the sebaceous glands from premature aging and thus also from the depletion.

Was soll ich tun?
