Groove Theory "Tell Me" was one of the songs that made the general public aware of the Neo Soul movement. There are some songs that I feel are perfect, and this is one of them. The guy (Bryce Wilson) was predominantly the producer, and the girl (Amel Larrieux) is the singer/songwriter. The duo broke up in the early 2000s, but have since reunited. I'm not sure if there are plans to release music though. I hope so. Both have had solo success as well. Check out Amel Larrieux "For Real". Classic!

I know this may sound a bit corny but the music from my generation is a literal soundtrack to my life. These songs & artists are ingrained in my soul & are effortlessly intermingled with my memories. With Every beat, every run, or melody I can attach them to exact places, people & feelings. It’s like a personalized music time machine. So when I see younger ppl or anyone that hasn’t heard this music, & react to these songs/genres of that era with the same smiles i had it really tugs at my heart. It almost feels like I’ve opened up my photo album to you & every video you watch are the pictures. I know that probably makes no sense lol And my apologies for babbling & gettin a bit sappy. Lovin the channel & keep up the great content. Can’t wait to hear more!💕
