Grounding 4 4 4 4 breath
a pranayama embodying breath practice and yoga breath meditation:
a rhythmic 4 count breathing, if you struggle with 4 counts start with 2 counts and work up to 3 counts then 4 counts, do not struggle or fight your natural breath, sit or stand in mountain pose with straight spine and head, relax body shoulders, back, neck, throat, belly. breathe into belly rather than lungs (belly breathing):
breath in: count 1-2-3-4
full breath hold: count 1-2-3-4
breath out: count 1-2-3-4
empty breath hold: count 1-2-3-4
