Gratitude is such a beautiful tool for cultivating peace and happiness. I highly recommend you begin a practice of sitting in gratitude every day for at least 5 minutes-- whether it's a meditation or a journal session. Something as simple as 5 minutes really does have the power to shift everything for you.
