Did you find you saw glute growth by placing your feet higher for leg press?

A million thank yous to you Naomi. Last Wednesday was the first time I ever got a gym membership and first day using a gym. I didn't use any machines but just got a feel for my surroundings. Yesterday (my 3rd day I used 4 machines) thanks to your how to video's aswell as workout video's. You help me gain confidence and for that I thank you. I'm 36 in May and can finally hit my fitness goals. I appreciate you so much 💚

Naomi thank you very much for being a total angel! I started going to the gym six months ago thanks to your motivation and explanations about the machines, and I have never lasted this long! I feel so happy and proud of myself. I'm already 10kg down and more to go!

I didn’t realize that foot position changed how the leg press would impact your quads more vs. glutes! I always learn so much from you, Naomi :)

can you do reverse hack squats on a regular hack squat machine or is it a separate machine?
@naomikong
2 жыл бұрын
You should be able to do both variations on most machines! The one I use is a normal hack squat machine. 🙌🏼 If you’re not sure, you can always just watch to see if other people at the gym do it. 😆

What’s the purpose of a pre workout? I was considering it but I’m very much uneducated
@Anihasurcoffee

I don't rly take it but it has absurd amounts of caffeine the gives you energy to help you get through your workout but I would not recommend it Unless your fully informed on the brand and ingredients.(:

Helps to give you a boost of energy for your workout! Think of it like an energy drink/coffee. I talk about suppleness pretty often in my stories on IG if you want more info! (Check my “Cira” story highlights.) ☺️

@@Anihasurcoffee Many pre workouts do contain caffeine! However, you can always take partial serving size to accommodate for however much caffeine you want to consume. Otherwise, “stim-free” pre workouts don’t contain any caffeine at all and are also very common! ☺️
