Hey Marisha! I took an online PDC through Oregon State a few years ago and you were one of the lecturers. In one of your lectures you mentioned some unique crops/herbs you were selling to restaurants. I remember you mentioning Culantro, but I can't remember the other species that you mentioned. They seamed exciting and unique!

Hi Kerem ~ I have grown many things for restaurants including edible flowers, and specialty herbs like cilantro, nasturtium, miner's lettuce, purslane, and more. I've also grown some particularly ornamental varieties of some of the common vegetables like lettuce, beans, beets, basil, etc.
