We want to con figure: 1. Private IP address on each inverter and connect each also using rj45 cable to the local area network 2. public Port number range inorder to configure Port forwarding on the edge router to remote manage and monitor the inverters. Your assistance is greatly appreciated Mike

Any idea what to do when the device status of the wifi dongo says: "Status: Lost" on the dashboard. There doesn't appear to be any consistent way to get the wifi dongo to get detected and connected to wifi but even when I do get it to start blinking blue and have the dashboard recognize it, it is still "lost." I have deleted and try to add it back again under the datalogger, but it gets to the part of being lost and never goes anywhere further. The dashboard says something about wait 5-10 minutes to allow the device to connect, but it still hasn't connected and it has been hours.

Hi there, i can’t login back to my account? And try to forgot password waiting for email, didn’t come through. And try to make new account, waiting for verification code didn’t come through as well. Why is so hard?

All-in-all os a good presentation, but you are misleading so much by having a home wifi called "inv". Nobody will understand a thing.

Any advice what to do if you can't add the datalogger? I'm stuck on step 1. I can scan the datalogger, it tells me it has been added but won't move to step 2. Keep trying, same result. Can't find the datalogger in the list either.

Hi Jonesy, if you have configured the datalogger before, the message datalogger has been added may pops up, simply login your shine phone account, choose plant and from the top right, click +, from the dropdown list, find datalogger list, you will find your datalogger there, thank.
