How did Tom Spellman come to be involved with Dave Wilson Nursery? I have been wondering about that for years.

Tom was working for years for one of our wholesale customers, we recruited him in 2001, the rest is youtube history.

Great video about the history of DWN. Tom Spellman is a tremendous asset to the business and has taught me most of what i know about growing backyard fruit trees. My Dave Wilson tree mini orchard is growing tremendously and I appreciate Tom for simplifying growing productive fruit trees for the average homeowner.

I wish I could have the possibility to order such healthy trees like you guys produce. Here in Romania almost all nurseries have to learn so many crucial things from grafting to sales. Cheap labor and bad qualith fruit trees we have to struggle to grow the first years. Nice story to tell grandchildren.

Californias Central Valley has long, hot, dry summers. That and near perfect soils is why we have such success with agriculture.

Ten out of 11 of my potted blueberry bushes are from Dave Wilson Nursery. All of my dwarf stone fruit trees are from DWN.

DWN grows some great trees. I'm just a backyard orchardist, but almost all my trees are from DWN (several dozen), and I've never felt I got a dud in the bunch. Looking forward to adding another 5 or 6 trees this coming winter.
