I definitely would love a video on protective styles! I almost always wear my hair down (tender headed, even bobby pins hurt my scalp) unless I'm home, then I throw it up in a claw clip. I'm pretty clueless about cute protective styles so I need all the help I can get! I'd also love to see hair pin/stick styles! I have a few Chinese hair pins/sticks and a few french pins/forks but I never use them because I'm not very good at using them yet

I just started my hair growth endeavor. (Again) I do 20 minutes of red led near infrared light therapy on my scalp everyday. I use a mix of jojoba oil (because it’s light and can be used everyday), peppermint oil, lavender oil, rosemary oil, green coffee bean oil, and turmeric oil. I use it 1-2 times per day. Massage scalp 2x per day. Deep overnight oil treatment w/added black castor oil, clove oil and astaxanthin oil every 3 days. I apply coconut oil to my hair the night before washing since water makes hair swell and lifts cuticles which cause damage. Coconut oil penetrates the core of the hair preventing excess water absorption, which prevents damage. Wash hair every 3 days. I use hair growth Lipogaine shampoo & conditioner. Keratin hair mask & olaplex 0&3 every 3 days. 0 heat. 0 dying. Use a hair wrap towel that is 100% bamboo on one side & 100% silk on the other. I only use 100% silk hair scrunchies. 100% silk pillow cases & 100% silk hair bonnets. Taking silica, keratin, zinc, copper, iron, biotin, vitamin b5 (to prevent biotin from causing acne, saw palmetto, vitamin c (cannot be taken same time as copper because they deactivate each other) supplements. I use a boar hair bristle hair brush & a wooden bristle hair brush. I comb through my hair with my finger BEFORE brushing to gently remove any knots. 80% of hair damage is caused by brushing. Brush the ends first w/ a wooden brush slowly and gently and work up to the scalp. Have the ends cut in a v shap to reduce split ends. Blunt straight across cut causes 3-4x more split ends than v cut across. I love French twist hair style. Classy and fast.

How many times a week do you wash your hair? And I would love to see the way you have been styling your hair with that length and layers. My hair is currently the same length with layers without the curtain bangs and same color and texture. It appears that my hair also grows as fast as your hair too. Even if I don't do anything to my hair it grows. But I miss my long hair. I had it to my hips. Before this length. I've started doing a scalp treatment with rosemary, peppermint and grapeseed oil as the carrier oil with the inversion method!

That treatment sounds so good! I was my hair about 3x per week. I normally don't style it much but I'll be filming an updated hair care routine soon
