The first stage on Saturday, day 2 of the 37th GTC Rally, a first pass on SS Roosendaal. Today there are 3 loops of 3 different stages.
SS Roosendaal was shortened unfortunately due to road construction works, normally it would be 9.85 km long and we planned a location in the middle (we printed the stage map from the website the day before, where this wasn't mentioned). When we arrived it appeared to be the stage start, but the marshalls over there directed us to this location so we hurried to be just in time :-) It was pointed out as a treacherous place since the fresh asphalt is exceptionally smooth (for the Netherlands).
This stage was won by Roger Hodenius (8, Škoda Fabia RS Rally2) who planned to attack today, he took 5.2 seconds back from Dennis Rostek (4, Škoda Fabia RS Rally2) and is now 20.0 seconds behind in the overall classification.

In Historic, Antoine van Ballengooijen (102, Ford Sierra RS Cosworth) was the fastest and has a comfortable lead of 53.2 seconds after the retirement of Antoine Biesheuvel (101, BMW E30 M3) after the last stage yesterday with a broken driveshaft.

Some timestamps:
0:58: thumbnail: Ingo ten Vregelaar (3, Škoda Fabia R5) goes wide
10:43: small thumbnail: Dennis Pronk (58, Peugeot 206 XS) overshoots, goes through a hedge and stops against a small tree
16:46: Ton Cornelissen (116, Triumph TR7 V8) oversteers, the car turns back just in time
After this stage, we visited 2 more stages but on gravel sections.
Enjoy!
