I have enjoyed working with Logseq - and I appreciate your honesty about how your brain works - mine follows a path that never makes sense to others but it I am still able to get the job done. Logseq is helping more and more as time goes on. I used to be on Roam but it got out of control and unmanagible for me.

Nice video! I am glad I have found #Logseq as the best alternative to #Obsidian. A frictionless tool is what I did not know I needed. Only one thing , I wish to be able to customise the default queries of Journal pages, and resuface the todos placed at any page, not only those from journal pages.

There is a default page for TODO and DOING but this can be customized further using basic query functions

Hey Suso - you can customise the default queries, but I haven't made a video on it yet. You can look at Aryan's video on this 👉🏽 kzitem.info/news/bejne/lY2kwGZvbHiXZ34

Hi, If it's possible to elaborate more on how to make a neat logseq hierarchy work along with tags?
@CombiningMindsPKM
2 жыл бұрын
Hey Charles - If you're using namespaces (i.e. [[Project/First project]], you will automatically create hierarchy, but still get the benefit of normal tags. You don't have to do anything else beyond that, although you can use aliases if you don't want to have long namespaces built into your tags.

@@CombiningMindsPKM ys, i use alias to shorten the tags for now. thx for the reply!

I realize the question is over 2 years old, but shorter is better. This could have been split into a few different 4-5 minute videos. You explained a lot of stuff that isn't specific to GTD, but is specific to logseq. You might end up repeating the logseq stuff in every larger topic like "GTD" or "PARA" or "Creating Meeting Agendas" , etc,. Still I really got a lot out of this as I'm considering moving my GTD system from Notion, with a bunch of databases and relations, to something less ceremonial that I can just capture quickly and get on to doing the work.

Hello, is there any possibility to implement the "next action" feature? I mean that there'd #next-action assign automatically to the next possible to work, urgent and important task.
@CombiningMindsPKM
Жыл бұрын
I'm sure that someone could build some sort of plugin, but I think there will always be manual work required in deciding how to assign that.

As in how quickly the task is completed? There are ways of doing that I believe - there might be something in Aryan's video 👉🏽 kzitem.info/news/bejne/lY2kwGZvbHiXZ34
