Lei Cha (擂茶), pounded tea, is one of the most laborous Hakka cuisines. Traditionally, the many types of herbs used to make Lei Cha soup were pounded with a large mortar and a long stick made from a guava tree. The greenish soup u drink it half. Another half to be mixed into the rice. Is really healthy. Sometimes we jz ordered the soup n drink it without the rice.😂
