材料:
奶 20 毫升 ( 4 茶匙)
全蛋 20 毫升 (1½ 湯匙)
白砂糖 55 克 (4½ 湯匙)
油 20 毫升 (1½ 湯匙)
水 10 毫升 (2 茶匙)
泡打粉/ 發粉 6 克 (1½ 茶匙)
中筋麵粉 150 克 (1 杯+ 4½ 茶匙)
Ingredients:
20 ml (4 teaspoons) Milk
20 ml (1½ tablespoons) Whisked Egg
55 grams (4½ tablespoons) sugar
20 ml (1½ tablespoons) Cooking oil
10 ml (2 teaspoons) Water
6 grams (1½ teaspoons) Baking Powder
150 grams (1 cup + 4½ teaspoons) All-purpose flour
