Instead to put in fridge to dry overnight, use the oven Roast Fruit function to dry. The temp is 68 deg

The 2 hour in the air fryer is for dehydration. “Fruit drying" function is the Cantonese interpretation for drying-dehydrating fruits and jerky. Pork rind needs to be be dry enough in order to achieve the crackling effect. Temperature is around 70-80 degree Celsius
