We're driving around the world and community is really important (and necessary) for us! Unlike most people, we can't just call up a local friend and say, "Hey you wanna grab a coffee?" We're essentially out here by ourselves. So we ask you to join our small but growing community that helps us navigate life as friends. If you would be willing to invite us to the equivalent of a cup of coffee once a month, we invite you to join our Patreon here: www.patreon.com/hourlesslife

Clearly a magnificent city in it’s time and I am so impressed how well it has been preserved, also how clean the streets and sidewalk are kept. It says a lot about the pride they have for their home.

I arrived in San Diego and I’ve been monitoring the weather and it doesn’t get super cold or super hot. It’s around 60s and 70s and sunny most of the time. I’m retired and I love the palm trees. I live in downtown San Diego in the Marina District across the street from Ralph’s because I need to eat, sleep, and take long walks. I am at peace here. My husband died of stage 4 melanoma (skin cancer) at age 59 on August 27, 2022 after 32 years of marriage and I wanted a fresh start. My 19 year old daughter prefers being with her boyfriend so she would never live with me. I was so lonely. I live in a condo and there’s a lot of tenants living here in the building which give me companionship which I needed.

Surprisingly Guanajuato is touristed, but mostly by national tourists. You don't really see the amount of foreign tourists here as you see for example in San Miguel De Allende which is not too far away. ~ Eric

Guanajuato City, located in central Mexico, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its charming colonial architecture, colorful buildings, and rich cultural heritage. It is famous for its winding, narrow streets, which are a delight to explore on foot, and the iconic Callejón del Beso (Alley of the Kiss), where star-crossed lovers can share a kiss from balconies just inches apart. The city is also home to the stunning Basilica of Our Lady of Guanajuato and the grand Teatro Juarez. Guanajuato is celebrated for its lively cultural scene, hosting the renowned Cervantino Festival, an international arts and music festival. This historic city is a vibrant hub of art, history, and Mexican traditions, making it a must-visit destination for travelers seeking a taste of Mexico's colonial past and cultural richness. Thanks, Hourless LIfe!

I love the video walk arounds you have been doing. Very interesting and beautiful places. However your videos don't seem to be in high resolution, also when your paning around the video is so jerky it's hard to see what your trying to show us. I don't know if it's a camera problem or a low resolution problem. Maybe someone else will comment about this or maybe it's a problem with KZitem on my computer. Just trying to let you know, not trying to be a troll.

Not trollish at all. I appreciate the feedback. So since we are at the beginning of the global journey we have been experimenting with different cameras and types of videos. The last few we’ve attempted have been livestreams which has caused the playback to be grainy and laggy. We were hoping livestreams would work since what we see daily is so amazing. But after about 4 failed attempts, we’ve decided to throw in the towel on livestreams. Also our camera equipment has to be tiny. We live in a Jeep. So we aren’t carrying massive production equipment. We have 2 Osmo Pocket cameras, a drone, and an iPhone. That is the extent of our camera arsenal. One of our Patreon Supporters just flew down to Guanajuato and gifted us an Osmo Mobile 5 gimbal for the iPhone. All that to say we’re still in the experimentation phase and hope to improve with each lesson learned. ~ Eric

@@HourlessLife hi Eric yes in Austin you had Austinot and I had 2tourAustin. My wife Pat uses forearm crutches, and we even got together at Chick-fil-A on one occasion. Basically we both had Austin blogs. Though mine wasn't as big as yours. My current travel vlog project will be posting this morning as well. Also I used to be known as the PrinceOfThrift from my first blog debtfree4ever. ~ Kevin
