[#Full Recipe for Steamed Moist Chocolate Cake]
Cake ingredients (A):
Eggs: 3 eggs
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Condensed milk: 1/2 cup
Liquid Milk or Full Cream Milk: 1 cup
Cooking Oil: 1 cup
Cocoa powder: 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon
Nescafe: 1 teaspoon

Cake ingredients (B):
Wheat Flour: 1 1/2 cups
Baking Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Bicarbonate soda: 1 teaspoon
How to make a cake:
- Put all ingredients (A) into a bowl and beat using a whisk, (egg beater), spoon or mixer. You can also use a blender.
- First sift the ingredients (B) and add them to the bowl of ingredients (A), stir until combined using a whisk.
- Apply oil to the mini cake mold
- Pour the cake batter one by one into the mini cake mold
- Steam for 25-30 minutes or until cooked. Prick the cake a little with a skewer, if there is a trace of cake sticking to the skewer, it means it's not cooked yet, if there is no cake trace on the skewer, it means it's cooked :)

Chocolate Topping Ingredients:
Liquid Milk or Full Cream Milk: 1 cup
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder: 1/4 cup
Wheat flour: 1 tablespoon
Butter: 1/8 cup
How to make chocolate topping:
- Light a medium flame. Add liquid milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and wheat flour to the pot/pan.
- Stir well and stir until it becomes thick and keep stirring until there are no lumps.
- Turn off the heat and add the butter.
- Stir until the butter melts completely.
- It's ready, transfer the chocolate to a bowl and let it cool.
It's ready .... you can pour the chocolate topping on the mini moist chocolate cake. Sprinkle some peanuts on top.
