It's difficult to guess when his accent is extremely off in some cases. I recognize languages because of the native accent, the sound it makes. As soon as it sounds little off it's a lot more difficult. Even as a native I didn't understand the language... He should stick to the languages he speaks with a perfect accent ! Edit: Only in Guess the Language videos of course, any other video I'm happy he's doing his best at learning and speaking languages!

Wondering what language is it? I speak Russian, and understand both his ukrainian and russian perfectly well. The only thing his danish sounded a bit weird to me, more like Norwegian than Danish (even though I don't speak it, but now I live in Norway).

I don’t blame the first guy for guessing Norwegian, ’cause it sounded much more like Norwegian than Danish. You needed to actually *know* both languages (or at the very least *rødgrød med fløde*) to know that it wasn’t Norwegian. If you know what the Nordic languages sound like, but don’t speak any of them at all, you’d never guess this one was Danish.
@nirutivan9811
Жыл бұрын
The danish one was hard for such a challenge, cause you didn‘t quite get the danish pronunciation and cause of that it sounded really Norwegian sometimes. But for me luckily „rødgrød med fløde“ gave it away that it was Danish.

Some of them do have a point though. We all have accents when we speak a language that used to be foreign to us and it is in fact a beautiful thing, but when you are constantly mispronouncing sounds which alter the meaning of some words it needs fixing

Abs!
